
Team Leader - Conversion - JB-494
Responsibilities:

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Ongoing improving the staff and achieving new records, planning competitions and ideas for new achievements, compliance with company rules and regulations.

Compliance with regulatory laws.

Achieving company goals and targets by maintaining high-level performance in outgoing calls, air time, number of new customers, total deposits etc.

Listening to sales closing conversations and providing feedback accordingly.
-
Preparation of reports, follow-up and submitting the reports to managers.

Providing daily professional briefs regarding market opportunities, Marketing campaigns and new sources of traffic to the site
Requirement:
-
Experience in leading sales team within the Financial industry – Must
-
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Strong business sense and industry expertise
-
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
-
English & Arabic speaker- Native- A must
