Team Leader - Conversion - JB-494

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Ongoing improving the staff and achieving new records, planning competitions and ideas for new achievements, compliance with company rules and regulations.

  • Compliance with regulatory laws. 

  • Achieving company goals and targets by maintaining high-level performance in outgoing calls, air time, number of new customers, total deposits etc. 

  • Listening to sales closing conversations and providing feedback accordingly. 

  • Preparation of reports, follow-up and submitting the reports to managers.

  • Providing daily professional briefs regarding market opportunities, Marketing campaigns and new sources of traffic to the site

 

Requirement:

  • Experience in leading sales team within the Financial industry – Must 

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. 

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

  • English & Arabic speaker- Native- A must
