We are a global, young and dynamic financial start-up company looking for a technical support person with a two-year experience in a medium to large organisation with the support of internal users.

The job includes providing support and support to the organisation's 70-100 employees, identifying problems and solving problems related to hardware / software, and all kinds of computer malfunctions, frontal and takeover in Israel and in sand branches.



  • 2+ years' Experience in a similar position and company - A must.

  • Deep understanding of communication protocols.

  • Practical work experience with Windows servers - A must.

  • In-depth knowledge of AD, GPO, NTFS permissions.

  • Experience with VoIP PBX Telephony.

  • Deep familiarity with project management systems / CRM (De Pulse, Jira, etc.).
