HR Recruiter for the Herzelia office

We are a global, young and dynamic financial start-up company within the Online trading, specialize in the Mena region (Middle east area). We are opening a great opportunity to join to a growing, successful company with great plans.  

If you have an experience as a recruiter / HR admin and you are an Arabic speaker- you should join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the entire recruitment process for the company

  • Locating, sorting and filtering potential candidate's CVs- in a variety position such as Sales/ Marketing

  • Development of recruitment sources in the local Arab sector

  • Providing a response to employees in all human resources issues

 

Requirement:

  • 1+ years' Experience with recruiting- In the online/ Finance industry

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Hard worker with high Excellent organizational skills.

  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork

  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
