HR Admin & IS - JB-483

HR administrator & IS main responsibility is to maintain a healthy most updated employee documentation, managing our internal databases, provide data analysis based on the most updated employee records and support the HR unit administrative needs to allow a smooth operation in all HR domains.


  • Forming and maintaining employee records

  • Updating employee databases internally in various systems, verifying data integrity

  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics

  • Assisting recruitment with setting meetings, arranging rooms and paperwork, updating systems, etc.

  • Supporting and arranging the administration around courses and training



  • 1-year experience as HR administration

  • Experience with database administration and Human Resources Management software

  • Computer literate with programs such as word, excel, etc.

  • Good understanding of labor laws – advantage

  • Organizational skills and the ability to priorities

  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills

  • BSc in HR or a relevant field

  • Service-oriented

  • Trustworthy


Location: Herzliya

Working Hours: Monday - Friday  10:00-19:00
