Head of CRM

QBO Services is a technology oriented start-up, and a leading organization within the financial services industry. We provide both proprietary web and mobile trading platforms for our international clientele.

We are looking after experienced CRM Manager who wants to make his next step in his management career.


His/Her main responsibilities in the position are:

  • Planning and building the CRM platform structure and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.

  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities

  • Daily KPIs monitoring focusing on activity, retention & player value

  • Ongoing optimization of the daily CRM activities.

  • Ability to create & execute targeted marketing campaigns for different segments

  • Proven ability of executing a full cycle CRM campaign: planning, testing, execution, analysis and optimization

  • Working closely with all business unites to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company, including tracking.

  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.


  • 3 years' experience as CRM Manager- A must

  • Experienced with email marketing best practices and CRM systems

  • Experience in data segmentation.

  • Experience in Online (digital) marketing -A must

  • Analytical capabilities –good Excel knowledge

  • Experience with Hootsuit/Mixpanel/Braze – An advantage

  • Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken- a must! Additional languages are an advantage
