Office receptionist for a part time job 08:30-14:30.

The role includes:
Office: running and managing the office on a regular basis, Managers calendar management, answering employees on office issues, Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.

HR: Forming and maintaining employee records, Updating employee databases internally in various systems, arranging rooms and paperwork, updating systems, etc.

 Requirement: 

  • 1+ Experience as a Receptionist -A must

  • Experience with calendars and calendar management

  • High service, Dynamic character and excellent interpersonal relations

  • Well organize skills

  • Fast learner
